One of Brooklyn’s most iconic experiences, the annual Dumbo Drop—a flying elephant fundraising spectacle—sends thousands of parachuting toy elephants from the rooftops surrounding Washington Street. Tickets begin at $15 if you buy a 4-pack for $60, and include a souvenir toy elephant, a guaranteed spot to view the Drop on the block of Washington Street between Front Street and Water Street, and an entry into that Drop’s prize sweepstakes. Drops, which happen at 5pm and 7pm, are ticketed separately. Tickets are not required for the FREE Kids Zone Block Party in the Dumbo Archway, from 4pm - 7pm, which features 30+ activities for kids ages 1-10.
