Places for Strawberry Picking North of Boston 2025
Smolak Farms - North Andover
U-pick strawberries are available from 8am to 5pm daily at patches in North Andover and Boxford. Cost is TBD per quart, supplied by the farm, along with an entrance fee.
Parlee Farms - Tyngsboro
Strawberries are expected to become available for picking in mid-June when the farm officially opens. Check with the farm for updated hours and policies. Pricing is still TBD. Bonus: a free hayride for strawberry pickers to the strawberry field is included with the container purchase. The farm also has late summer strawberries to purchase exclusively at the farmstand in August.
Cider Hill Farm - Amesbury
Starting in mid-June, PYO strawberries are available in the farm's six patches. Pricing is available on the website, starting with a Kid's Pint for $5.50.
Russell Orchards - Ipswich
From 9am to 6pm, Tuesdays through Sundays, Russell's strawberry patches are open for a $5 entry fee, which is refunded when PYO berries are purchased.

Sunshine Farm - Sherborn
U-pick strawberry fields will open when the strawberries are ripe—usually in mid-June. Walk-ins are welcome, and containers are provided.
Tangerini's Farm - Millis
UPick fields will open when the berries are ripe—usually in mid-June. Walk-ins are now welcome, and containers are provided. UPick is open rain or shine.
Tougas Family Farm - Northborough
Strawberry picking opens in June. Freshly picked strawberries are also available at the farmstand. Consult the farm's website for details and updated conditions.
Verrill Farm - Concord
Strawberry picking season opens in mid-June at this farm. They even have a Strawberry Picking Hotline for current updates and conditions.
Ward's Berry Farm - Sharon
Strawberries are ripe for picking sometime from mid-June to mid-July. Prices start at $7.00 for a pint. They also have hayrides for $4 per person, ages three and up.
