Paper Plate Rainbow Fish

This simple and pretty fish craft is so much fun to make. We made this after I read "The Rainbow Fish" to the kids, a wonderful book about sharing. If you have little ones, this is a great book to convey the message of sharing. To make this pretty craft, you'll need:

1 paper plate
Tissue paper, assorted colors
Googly eyes
Glue

Take a paper plate and cut out a mouth. Keep the extra piece to use as the tail. Glue a googly eye on the fish. Cut tissue paper into 1-inch squares and have your child glue them onto the plate and the tail. When finished, attach the tail.
