Honey Mustard Chicken

This delicious chicken dish is coated in a honey and mustard sauce and baked in the oven. It’s such a simple recipe for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

8 bone-in chicken thighs

4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

4 Tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

In a small bowl, stir together the honey, mustard, garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and place in a baking dish. Brush or spoon the honey mustard mixture liberally on top of the chicken.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and registers 165°F.
