A perfect comfort food that’s super easy to put together on a busy weeknight.
Easy Tuna Casserole

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
16 ounces wide egg noodles
2 (10 oz) canned tuna, drained
2 (10.5 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
In a large pot, boil noodles according to package directions, drain and place back in pot.
Add the tuna, soup, milk, cheese and peas. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour noodles into a 9x13 inch buttered baking dish, pressing down a little.
Mix together the panko crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of the noodle casserole.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbling and browned on top.
