Chocolate Crinkle Kiss Cookies

1 (15.25 oz.) box chocolate fudge cake mix
2 eggs

1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
28-30 Hershey’s Kisses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on a baking heet and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until combined and no lumps remain. Place dough in refrigerator for one hour.

Place powdered sugar into small bowl and set aside. Form dough into tablespoon size balls. Roll each dough ball in the powdered sugar until they are well coated. Place them on the prepare baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until set. When done, pull the baking shee out of the oven and place a Hershey’s Kiss in the middle of each cookie. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
