Crockpot Crack Chicken

Total Time: 6 hours, 10 minutes
2 pounds of defrosted chicken breasts
16 ounces cream cheese, cut into blocks
1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 green onions, chopped, for garnish (optional)
In a slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred chicken with 2 forks in crockpot. (You can also place the chicken on a large plate to shred it ad place it back in the crockpot.)
Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, cover and cook until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions, if desired
Serve on warm toasted rolls or on a bed of rice.
