Rainbow Blowers

These cardboard roll Rainbow Blowers are perfect for St. Patrick's day or just Springtime in general. They're so easy to make and your child will have fun blowing making the streamers blow around

To make them, you'll need:
1 toilet paper roll
Blue and white paint
Tissue paper in various colors
Scissors
Glue

First, paint the toilet paper roll a sky blue. When the paint dries, add clouds with the white paint. You an also cut clouds out of white paper and glue them on the roll.

Cut streamers out of tissue paper, cutting them about 1 foot long and 1 inch wide. Glue them to the inside of the toilet paper roll (they will overlap a little).

When the glue is completely dry, let your child blow into the roll and watch the streamers blow around.
