For those of you unfamilar with poke cakes, they are cakes that you poke holes into and creamy and sweet filling are poured into them, which adds an extra layer of flavor to the cakes. Most of these recipes are super easy to make with boxed cake mix (either white cake mix, yellow cake mix or chocolate cake mix), poked with ingredients like vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate/caramel sauce or jello. Then, whipped cream, cream cheese frosting, or chocolate chips, or candy bits are added to the top of the cake. These recipes are quick and easy to make and kids love these sweet treats!
