Turkey Burgers
These Turkey Burgers are a healthy alternative to beef, are just as juicy and tasty and they can be pan fried or grilled.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon plain dried breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 heaping teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 heaping teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
In a medium bowl, add ground turkey and sprinkle in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add mayonnaise and drizzle in Worcestershire sauce.
Break up meat mixture and gently toss to evenly combine. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 1/2-inch thick. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil in over medium-high heat for a few minutes.
Add turkey patties and sear until golden brown on bottom, about 4 - 5 minutes, flip and continue to cook until cooked through, about 4 - 5 minutes longer. Center should register 165 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
Serve warm in hamburger buns with toppings of choice.

Grilling Option:
Freeze for 10 minutes first to help the patties hold their shape even better.
Grill over medium high heat for 4 – 6 minutes on each side side.
Notes:
You can prep the patties a day in advance. Just be aware that they may stick the the surface a bit (even on parchment) so you may have to reshape them little.
