One Pot Chicken AlfredoTotal Time

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 pound chicken breasts, cubed
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound penne pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
parsley, optional, for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, depending on how big your pan is you may need to brown in two batches to prevent over crowding.m It does not need to be cooked through at this point, it will continue cooking as it simmers. Add garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add broth, cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 min. Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese. Top with parsley if desired.
