Monterey Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup green onions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread half the bbq sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Place chicken in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and toss with remaining bbq sauce. Add the chicken to the baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F in the thickest part.
Top with shredded cheese and broil for 1-2 minutes or until melted.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and green onions, and serve.
