Overnight French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
1 loaf sourdough bread
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
8 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Topping
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter cold, cut into pieces
Directions
Spray a 9x13” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cut loaf into 1-inch cubes and place evenly in baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs together. Add the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla, and mix well. Pour evenly over bread. Cover your pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Cut in butter with this mixture until crumbly and place in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate overnight as well.
Take baking dish and Ziploc out when ready to bake. Sprinkle crumbly mixture evenly over the bread. Bake at 350º degrees F for 45 minutes or up to 1 hour, depending on how soft you like it.
