Crockpot Shredded Beef Tacos

Equipment needed: 6 quart crockpot
Ingredients
3 pound boneless beef chuck roast
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lime, juiced
corn or flour tacos
optional toppings: guacamole, sour cream, freshly chopped cilantro
Directions
Place the roast in the bottom of the crockpot.
Combine the green chilis, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowll and mix well. Spread the mixture over the roast in the crock pot. Place the lid on top and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Remove the beef and shred it with 2 forks. Place it back in the crockpot. Squeeze the lime juice over the beef and stir to combine. Place in tacos with your favorite toppings.
