1 pound smoked sausage links, cut into 1 inch slices

2 pounds baby potatoes, cut in half

2 small yellow onions, cut into chunks

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Place all the ingredients into the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until potatoes and onions are tender. Serve immediately.
