Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast

1 (15 oz) jar salsa

2 teaspoons taco seasoning

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

For serving (optional):

Flour tortillas

Toppings: Cilantro, sour cream, salsa, guacamole or sliced avocados, shredded Mexican cheese


Directions

   Season the chicken breasts on both sides with taco seasoning and rub to coat well. Place the chicken in the bottom of slow cooker. Pour in the salsa, lime juice and add the cilantro.

   Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Once done, shred the chicken and serve in warmed tortillas with your favorite toppings.
