Crockpot Italian Chicken

Servings: 4 servings
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally to make 4 cutlets
2 pounds red potatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
16 oz bag of frozen green beans
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Season chicken cutlets with Italian seasoning and place in the bottom of the crockpot. Add the potatoes, onion and green beans on top. Pour the Italian dressing over everything.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through. Serve warm.
