Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken
Tender chicken cooked in a sticky honey garlic sauce, this is an easy and healthy dinner that is perfect for a weeknight meal.

Total Time: 3 hours hrs 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
In a medium bowl, stir soy sauce, honey, olive oil, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour sauce over the chicken.
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the chicken easily falls apart. Remove the chicken and place on a plate and shred with 2 forks. Place back in crockpot, stir with the sauce and serve.
