Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

salt and pepper to taste

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken condensed soup

3/4 cup sour cream

1/3 cup water

1 (6 oz) box of stuffing mix

10 oz bag frozen green beans

Ingredients

Lightly spray the crockpot with cooking spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in the bottom of crockpot.

In a large bowl, mix together the chicken soup, sour cream, water and stuffing Add the stuffing to the crockpot. Place green beans on top. Cover and cook on HIGH (recommended) for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours. Chicken temperature should be 165ºF degrees when fully cooked.
