Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots

1/2 onion, finely chopped

2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 cups chicken broth

1 (10 count) can biscuits

Directions
   Place the chicken and peas and carrots in the crockpot. Pour the cream of chicken soup, garlic salt, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper over the top. Pour the chicken broth on top.

   Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or HIGH for 3 hours.

   Once it’s cooked through, remove the chicken from the pot, place it on a plate and shred it with 2 forks and then place it back into the crockpot.

   Cut up the biscuits into quarters and place on top of the ingredients in the crock pot.

   Cover and cook on HIGH for 60-90 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through, stirring occasionally while it’s cooking. Serve warm.
