Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy

Ingredients
2 pounds stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 yellow onion, diced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Place the stew meat in the bottom of the crockpot. Place the rest of the ingredients over the meat.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH 4-6 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice.
