Crockpot Beef Stew

Total Time: 8 hours, 10 minutes
Servings: 6 servings
2-1/2 pounds stew meat
3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
1 (16 oz) bag frozen green beans
1/2 onion, chopped
3 whole carrots, peeled and sliced
1 (14 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
Place the stew meat and the potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot. Place the green beans, onions, and carrots on top.Pour in the crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and the water on top. Season with the salt and pepper. Place the bay leaves on top.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 3.5-4 hours.
Remove and discard the bay leaves. Serve warm.
