Crockpot Sweet Peach Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, fresh or thawed
1 (18 ounce) jar Smucker’s Peach Preserves,
5 ounces Kraft Catalina Dressing, (approx. 1/3 of a 16 oz. bottle)

Instructions
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours, covered with lid.
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot and discard. (Draining juices will result in a thicker and more flavorful sauce.)
In small bowl, stir together Peach Preserves and Catalina Dressing.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, covered, or until done.
