Crockpot Garlic Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
1 (10.5 ounces) can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Lemon, juiced
Directions
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours, or on LOW for 6 hours (covered)
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crockpot.
Mix together Cream of Chicken Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, garlic cloves and lemon juice.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on High for 30 minutes (covered), or until done.
Notes: Draining the juices results in a thicker and more flavorful sauce.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
