Crockpot Cream of Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package of fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fresh or thawed
2 (10.5 ounces) cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
1 ounce Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix packet
1/2 cup French Fried Onions
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. When hot, add sliced mushrooms and cook until lightly browned. Set aside.
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours (covered)
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot and discard.
Mix together cooked mushrooms, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Onion Soup Mix, and French Fried Onions.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes (covered), or until done.
Notes: There's no need to add water as the chicken will cook in it's own liquid that it releases.
