    Crockpot Orange Chicken

    Easy Crockpot Orange Chicken

    Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours 30 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours 35 minutes
    Servings: 4

    Ingredients
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
3/4 cup Smuckers(R) Sweet Orange Marmalade
3/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce
    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    Directions
Place chicken in crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, and drain juices from crockpot.

You can either leave the chicken breasts whole, or remove, cut into cubes, and transfer back to crockpot.
Mix together bbq sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
       Serve with rice and Enjoy!

NOTES: There’s no need to add water since the chicken will release it’s own juices. If you want to add a little liquid, you can add 1/2 cup of water. Just make sure to drain water and any juices before adding the sauce.
Adding the sauce after you drain the liquid will result in a sauce that is thicker and more robust in flavor.
