Crock Pot Pizza Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh or thawed
1 (14 oz.) jar Classico traditional pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
16 slices of pepperoni
Optional toppings: dried basil and oregano for seasoning, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot.
Pour pizza sauce over chicken, sprinkle with a dash of optional dried basil and/or oregano, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Place 2 – 4 pepperoni slices on each chicken breast and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes (covered), or until done. Top with parmesan cheese and/or red pepper flakes for a little heat, if desired.
