Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes
Ingredients
4 boneless center cut pork loin chops, thawed
1 (10.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell’s French Onion Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
Pour can of chicken broth into bottom of Crock Pot
Place pork chops in crockpot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain and discard juices from Crock Pot. (Draining juices will result in a thicker and more flavorful sauce.)
Mix together French onion soup and sour cream in small mixing bowl, and stir well.
Pour mixture of Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
Notes: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
