Crockpot BBQ Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops (approx. 4 chops)
1 (18 oz.) bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix (1 packet) or 3 Tbsp Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1 (14.5 oz.) can Swanson Chicken Broth
Directions
Pour can of chicken broth into bottom of crockpot
Place pork chops in crockpot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot.
Mix together barbecue sauce and ranch packet in medium bowl.
Pour mixture of pork chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.
Notes: Leftover pork chops can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
