Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours 30 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours 35 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, fresh or thawed
10 ounces (15 tablespoons) Panda Express Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce
9 ounces Pineapple Jam or Preserves

Directions
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours. (covered)
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, remove chicken and drain juices from Crockpot. (Draining juices will result in a more flavorful and thicker sauce)
Cut the chicken into cubes, then transfer chicken back to Crock Pot.
Mix together Pineapple Preserves and Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce in a medium mixing bowl.
Pour mixture over chicken and combine, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or until done. (covered)
