Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh or thawed
12 ounces sweet chili sauce (Frank's RedHot or Panda Express brand)
1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple chunks
red pepper flakes, optional
Directions
Pour pineapple juice from pineapple chunks can into crockpot, add chicken, and cook in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours (covered). Place pineapple chunks in the refrigerator.
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot.
In medium mixing bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce and pineapple chunks, then pour over chicken breasts in crockpot. Cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or until done.
Serve with a side of rice.
Optional: To make a bit spicier, add some red pepper flakes.
