    Crockpot French Onion Pork Chops

    Prep Time: 5 minutes 
    Cook Time: 4 hours 
    Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes 
    Servings: 4

    Ingredients
    4 boneless center cut pork loin hops, thawed
    1 (10.5 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell’s French Onion Soup
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Directions
       Pour can of chicken broth into bottom of crockpot
       Place pork chops in crockpot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
       After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain and discard juices from crockpot.
       Mix together French onion soup and sour cream in small mixing bowl, and stir well.
       Pour mixture of pork chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.  

    Notes: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
