    Crockpot BBQ Cola Pork Chops

    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes
    Servings: 4

    Ingredients
4 boneless center cut pork loin chops, thawed (approx. 4 chops)
1/2 (9 oz.) bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce (1/2 Bottle)
    1 (12 oz.) cam Coca-Cola

    Directions
Pour 6 oz. Coca-Cola (or 3/4 cup) into bottom of crockpot.
Place pork chops in crockpot, and cook on LOW for 3-1/2 hours, covered.
After 3-1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot. (Draining juices will result in a thicker and more flavorful sauce.)
Mix together BBQ dauce and remaining 6 oz. of Coca-Cola in small bowl, and stir well.
Pour mixture over pork chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.

Notes: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
