A simple version of this delicious and comforting dish that’s perfect for a busy weeknight.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Servings: 6 Servings
2 cups egg noodles, cooked
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
8 ounces cooked and diced ham
2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
salt and pepper, to taste
dried parsley, to taste
18 Ritz butter crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except crushed crackers in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the crushed crackers.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
