Chicken and Rice Bake

This Chicken and Rice Bake is so hearty and comforting, requires very little prep work and comes together quickly, it’s the perfect dish for a busy weekday.

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

3 cups cooked rice

2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground onion powder

1/2 teaspoon ground garlic powder

2 cups frozen peas

2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese, divided


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, spices, peas and 1 cup shredded cheese.

Spread in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until hot throughout.
