This Beef Tips and Gravy dish comes together so easily and is so delicious! Serve it with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta or crusty bread!
Beef Tips and Gravy

Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 pounds cubed chuck or stew meat
1 onion, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
10-1/2 ounces beef broth
10-1/2 ounces French onion soup condensed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
To thicken gravy:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat in a dutch oven or large pot oven. Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef in batches. Place beef on a plate and set aside.
Lower heat to medium and add remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add onion and cook until softened.
Add beef, broth, soup, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaf to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover and lower heat to simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until beef is fork tender.
To thicken gravy, in a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into the gravy a little at a time while stirring, until it reaches desired consistency.
Discard bay leaf and serve it with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta or crusty bread!
