Menu

    3-Ingredient Crockpot
    Honey Mustard Chicken

    3-Ingredient Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken

    Prep time: 10 minutes
    Cook time: 3 hours
Total time: 3 hours, 10 minutes
    Servings: 4

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup French’s Dijon Mustard
    1/2 cup honey

Sprinkle the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper and place in crockpot.
Cook (covered) the chicken on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours (I recommend cooking on LOW) until the chicken is tender and has an internal temperature of 165º degrees. When the chicken is done, drain the juices from crockpot (This ensures a thicker and more flavorful sauce).
In a small bowl, whisk together dijon mustard and honey and and pour over chicken in crockpot. Cook (covered) on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.

    Enjoy!
