This warm, comforting meal is so simple to make and is very satisfying.

3 cups cooked chicken cubed
1-1/2 lbs fresh broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
10.5 oz can chicken broth
1 cup milk
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
3 Tbs butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350º F degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place broccoli in a pot of boiling water and cook until it’s tender crisp. Drain well and set aside.
Add the chicken and broccoli to the baking dish and pout the soup mixture over the top. Top with remaining cheese.
In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter and pour over top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
