3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger chopped
salt and pepper, to season

Preheat the oven to 400F.
Remove the plastic wrap and place the dish in the oven and and bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Make sure to flip the chicken twice while baking to ensure the chicken doesn’t dry out on top.
