4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Tablespoons whole grain mustard
4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey and mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Place chicken in the mixture and toss to coat both sides. Place chicken in baking dish and pour remaining sauce over the chicken.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
