Total Time: 2 hours, 20 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts

Marinade

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 limes)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
Sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)

Directions
Whisk the ingredient for the marinade in a large bowl. Place the chicken in a large Ziploc plastic bag or shallow bowl and add the marinade to the chicken. Turn the chicken to combine with marinade. Seal the bag or place plastic wrap over the bowl. Place in the fridge to marinade for 2 hours, turning once or twice.

Preheat grill to medium high heat and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on both sides until cooked through (an instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees F). Remove from grill and let rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
