4-Ingredient Crockpot Orange Chicken

4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed if using frozen)
3/4 cup orange marmalade
3/4 cup BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Cook chicken on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
While chicken is cooking, mix BBQ sauce, marmalade and soy sauce in a medium bowl until well combined.
Drain juices from crockpot. (This ensures a thicker and more flavorful sauce).
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Place the chicken back in crockpot and pour bbq mixture on top of chicken and turn to coat. Cover with lid and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
